Generator service
Remote generator control
Tehnolink has developed a remote monitoring and control service using the most advanced tracking and supervision system for installed generating sets, bringing the concept of preventive monitoring to the highest possible level.
All equipment is monitored from the surveillance center in Novi Sad, where every potential equipment alarm is diagnosed within 30 seconds.
The operation of this system is divided into three segments:
Monitoring the generator’s standby state
Monitoring the generator’s operating state
Testing and remote load transfer
Monitoring the generator's standby state and alarm signaling
Monitoring of the battery charger operation
Monitoring of battery charge levels (readiness to start)
Monitoring of the coolant pre-heater operation
Monitoring of the main generator circuit breaker status
Monitoring of the emergency stop button status
Monitoring of the fuel level in the tank
Monitoring of the active status of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)
Monitoring the generator's operating state and alarm signaling
Monitoring of all generator operating parameters (V, A, Hz, kVA, kVAr…)
Monitoring of the diesel engine (oil pressure, temperature, RPM, fuel consumption…)
Monitoring of the utility/generator transfer success
Monitoring of generator alarms (over/undervoltage, frequency, current…)
Monitoring of the fuel level in the tank
Testing and remote load transfer
Remote generator start as part of a scheduled maintenance program
Remote utility/generator transfer
Remote fluid level check
Generator diagnostics and service
Once an alarm is diagnosed, it is forwarded to the appropriate service team, which is then dispatched to the site in coordination with the user.
This achieves the highest level of system reliability by preventively ensuring a successful generator start, thereby avoiding any potential damage that might occur during a failure.
