We replace old, worn-out control systems with new, compact, microprocessor-based controllers featuring LCD displays and Serbian language software, specifically designed for generator sets. The new automation monitors all key engine and alternator parameters and introduces additional system protections (overload, short circuit, phase imbalance) and engine protections (pressure, temperature, overspeed), with two levels of protection:
Warning: Deviation from setpoint values with no immediate danger to the system; provides user notification.
- Shutdown: Critical values reached; results in an immediate cessation of generator operation.
Remote transmission of basic status signals (Ready, Alarm, Running) or integration into a central BMS is available.
